A four week event combining Yin Yoga and contrast therapy(sauna/cold plunge).
Sundays 8/23 - 9/13 @ Puffin Sauna Club, on site at Yellow Barn Farm, Longmont CO.
5 -6pm open contrast therapy, 6 - 715pm Yin Yoga.
4 week pkg or drop in, choose Yoga only or combo.
“Ananta Vinyasa”
Defined as infinite, unending, without limits. Ananta highlights our potential within the practice rippling outward into all that we create and experience.
Thursdays 9am at the Home Farm, Longmont.

“Sunday Mysore”
Based on the classical Ashtanga format. This hybrid approach welcomes Classical Ashtanga, Rocket, and Black Lotus styles. A welcoming space to grow and experience within your rhythm, while still in the supportive container of community.
Sundays 10 - 1130am at the Home Farm, Longmont.
