Each day will begin with sunrise meditation to center and activate, followed by a led 90 min morning practice. After breakfast they’ll be open Mysore to explore both classical and progressive Ashtanga styles in an effort to refine your unique cadence and further develop subtlety as well as spaciousness in your practice. The late afternoon/evening sessions will include various offerings such as posture clinics and technical development, Yin Yoga to nourish and soften connective tissue, lecture, discussion, and more.
