A sacred sanctuary to renew your spirit and awaken the light within. Treat your mind, body, and spirit to the rich gift of immersion in the practice and connection to yourself. Each day will begin with sunrise meditation to center and activate, followed by morning Yoga. At the end of each day we'll seal and balance with a rejuvenating Yin Yoga practice. Every other day there will be an additional midday workshop style class to build your practice and understanding of Asana, transitions and more.
Apart from the daily schedule there will be ample time to connect with new friends, explore the beautiful coast, partake in the many extracurricular activities offered by "Still Salty", or just enjoy some much needed rest and relaxation. Bathe in the healing waves of light present in the practice and in the property. Nourish your soul with fresh perspective, freedom, adventure, and bliss.
