Each day will begin with sunrise meditation to center and activate, followed by morning Asana practice before breakfast. In the evenings we'll practice Lunar Vinyasa and/or Yin Yoga to promote balance and cultivate “Soma”, the restorative nectar of subtlety within the practice. With decades of combined experience practicing and teaching Yoga. Jesse and Rob will be presenting inspiring all-levels practices, both Intelligent and informed, yet equally mystical and enchanting.

Vinyasa is quite simply the placement of our attention, our bodies, and our breath in a special, mindful way. A path to foster peace, purity, and clear, unhindered awareness. The "Living Vinyasa” retreat represents the integration of two powerful archetypes within the container of our immersion experience. First, retreat represents a leaving behind of the daily demands and pressures that can at times be consuming and leave us somewhat disconnected as well as under resourced. The spacious and pristine retreat container offers an opportunity to apply Vinyasa wisdom each and every moment of your stay, and thus reap the richness of the practice more fully and holistically. Second, the “Living Vinyasa” is in fact alive and intelligent. A cosmic force which offers us precisely what serves our highest development, growth, and understanding from skin to soul. In the immersion context we can better empty ourselves and foster a more intimate relationship with this universal intellect.

Airport shuttle transport to and from Mizata(roughly 90-120min each way) is included in your package. Also included is two delicious meals daily(breakfast and dinner), provided by Mizata’s onsite gourmet restaurant, "Nawi". Oceanfront dining serving gourmet fare combining coastal soul with ancestral tradition. Organic farm to table ingredients, locally and internationally inspired dishes, fresh caught sushi, pasture raised meats/poultry, vegan/vegetarian/GF options, smoothies, fresh juices, craft cocktails, and more. Lunch is NOT included in your package. However, additional meals, snacks, and drinks can be purchased at the restaurant.
